Scope of work
All project scopes are defined on the discovery call and documented in a written proposal before any work begins. Changes to scope during a project are handled through a change order process — we will always tell you the cost and timeline impact before proceeding.
Payment terms
One-off projects require a 50% deposit before work starts, with the remainder due on delivery. Retainers are billed monthly at the start of each cycle. Our commitment is simple: if we don't deliver, you don't pay.
Intellectual property
Upon receipt of full payment, all deliverables — code, designs, and assets — are yours. We retain the right to showcase the project in our portfolio and reference it in marketing materials, unless you request otherwise in writing.
Post-launch support
All one-off projects include 30 days of bug-fix support after launch at no additional charge. After that, ongoing support is available through our retainer model starting at $2,500/mo.
Cancellation
Retainers can be paused or cancelled at any time with 30 days' notice — no lock-ins. For one-off projects, you receive a full refund if cancelled before development starts. Once development has begun, the deposit is non-refundable but covers all work completed to that point.
